Indian Hill Country Club’s Corporate Member is a
Single – Limited Membership. Play is allowed Tuesday* to Friday
Unlimited. Saturday, Sunday & Holidays after 11:00 am. *Please note
that some Tuesdays play will be limited due to outings.
The Guest fees that go towards the Guest Fee
Minimum:
Accompanied Guest of Corporate Member - $59.00

guest minimum must be used entirely by October 31st or the
reminder will be charged to the November 1st bill.

RULES
Corporate Memberships
are designed to be held in the name of a corporation, partnership or
other business entity which, with approval from the Club, may designate
from a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of five (5) representatives (the
“Designated Representatives”), each of whom will be entitled to the
Single-Limited membership privileges under the Corporate Membership
program. The Designated Representatives of Corporate Members shall not
be required to pay green fees, but shall be responsible, jointly and
severally with the Member Organization, for the payment of all fees and
other normal expenses associated with use of the Club Facilities,
including monthly dues, monthly minimums, guest green fees, cart fees,
handicap service fees, food and beverage expenses, food and beverage
minimums ($50/month May-September), instruction fees, golf shop fees and
other purchases.
Each Member
Organization holding a Corporate Membership may change its Designated
Representatives at the beginning of the Year from January 1 – January
31, with club approval, for no additional fees. Each Member
Organization may change a Designated Representative one time during
February 1 – December 31, subject to the requirements that the
substituted Designated Representative proposed by the Member
Organization is approved for admission and the Designated Representative
may incur a transfer fee ($500) to be paid by the Member Organization at
the discretion of the Club. Any additional Designated Representative
changes proposed by such Member Organization during the same calendar
year shall require the prior approval of the Club. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, under no circumstances will a Corporate Membership be issued
to a Member Organization whose sole purpose of formation was to acquire
a Corporate Membership in the Club. All Member Organizations must
maintain active business operations and at the request of the Club,
provide such financial information necessary to determine if the
applicant will be approved for membership. The Club reserves the right
to put a limit to the number of Corporate Members or cancel the
membership classification at any time.
