Resident Cards

RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND ABIDE BY THE COVID-19 POLICIES THAT INDIAN HILL COUNTRY CLUB HAS INSTITUTED FOR ALL GOLFERS.   COVID-19 TEE TIME POLICIES WILL BE IN PLACE UNTIL THE STATE RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED.

 

RESIDENT CARD INFO
Resident cards can be purchased through the U.S. Mail.  You will find the resident membership application on our website under the “RESIDENT” link.  Resident cards are currently only available through the mail.  Purchases in-person will not be permitted, without exception.  To get your card, download the Resident Application form from our website and print it off.  Please fill out the form and mail the application along with a check made out to Indian Hill Country Club.  There will be no cash or credit card transactions.  Your resident card will be mailed back to you right away.  Residents may be required to provide proof of residency at any time.

PAYMENT PROCESS FOR GREEN FEES
 All players must arrive at the first tee no more than 10 minutes before their assigned tee time.  For our residents and guests that are required to pay Greens Fees, you must call the Golf Shop at 860-666-5447 to pay for your round 10 minutes before your tee time using a credit card.  We will accept only 1 credit card transaction per group.  One person should pay for everyone and collect the fees themselves.
